We had two days practise training; I contributed a lot and worked hard than my sisters in the group. I was excited when the operations manager said, “you are the best among the group, you’re skilled and hard worker”. The manager rewarded me two weeks temporary paid-job and promised permanent job as I finish the course, I collected my first 300,000 SL.SH ($40).
Finally, Fathiya sent her appreciations to Gargaar organization, Tearfund, donors, Printing institutions and training instructors for their tireless efforts. “This training was contributed to my aspiration; I gained valuable skills to get permanent job to solve some of my family problems also to my future.”
